Eduardo C Gomez destroyed an enemy tank all by himself. During the Korean War, he crawled across a rice field to where the enemy tank was stationed, opened the hatch, and dropped a grenade inside. 2)

First self-propelled armored vehicle

John Fowler & Company built the first self-propelled armored vehicle in 1900 in England. They decided to armor one of their steam traction engines. It was necessary to haul supplies in the South African War. 3)

The Battle of 73 Easting

The Battle of 73 Easting was called ”the last great tank battle of the 20th century” and had to be named after the map coordinates. It took place in the middle of the Iraqi desert with no towns or landmarks in near proximity. 4)
