Martin Charles Scorsese (born November 17, 1942 in New York City) is an American film director, screenwriter, editor, actor and producer. Winner of an Academy Award for directing Infiltration (2007), honorary doctorate from the Leon Schiller National Higher School of Film, Television and Theatre in Łódź. ¹⁾
