An annual 22-mile (35.4 km) marathon has been held in Welsh Town, Wales since then, with both men and horses racing. 2)
The escalating jackpot for a runner who beats the first horse and rider starts at £500 and increases by £500 each year until it is won. It stands at £3500 for 2022. 3)
