Dave Mustaine

The official reason for Mustaine's expulsion from the band is that he was difficult to bear under the influence of alcohol and drugs. He got into a fight with James Hetfield, and it was the fight that led to his kicking out of the band. It had been heading this way for a long time, as the musicians were constantly fighting with each other. Kirk Hammett replaced Mustaine in 1983. 5)
